DeAngelo Marine Engineering Department has Six (6) Full Time Engineers Dedicated to Designing Exhaust Systems.
We can design and engineer a complete exhaust system based on engine room drawings or physical measurement of a vessel.

DeAngelo Marine works closely with marine architects and naval engineers around the world to design and engineer exhaust systems that are most suited to a project’s requirements and specifications. We also work hand-in-hand with boatyards and shipyards during engine repairs and vessel refits.
From sportfish, and mega-yachts to large tugboats, and commercial and military vessels, DeAngelo has the experience, knowledge and resources to meet the needs of your project. The exhaust system designs may be based on general engine room layouts, or measurements taken after the main engines or generators are installed and aligned.
DeAngelo Marine meets Classification when specified and planned. From Lloyd’s to GL and from Rina to ABS, we have had our systems classed by every society.

DeAngelo Marine is continuously working on systems of the various engine manufacturers and engine models. We are as familiar with MTU, as we are with Caterpillar, Cummins, Deutz, Detroit Diesel, M.A.N. and other marine engines. Similarly, we are also familiar with and experienced in working on the shipboard electrical power generator exhaust systems like Northern Lights, KiloPak, Kohler, John Deere and others.
We also work with the yacht and boat builders of the world. From the design boards of a new model, like Bertram Yachts to military projects involving demanding and mission-critical system integration. DeAngelo is equally adept at consistent and reproducible assembly as we are with mega-yacht and one-off new yacht construction & ship building.

Performance Tuning and Engineering Tolerance
DeAngelo can also calculate back pressures and report on system performances, to let you know if the system currently in place, or being designed, is properly sized.
