In 1986, DeAngelo Marine Exhaust, Inc. was incorporated and a small fabrication shop in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida was officially opened for business.
By 1993 DeAngelo Marine Exhaust, Inc. would have to increase their workspace in order to keep up with the high demand of orders and production requirements. DME found their prime facility, a 23,000 square foot building that would house administrative, manufacturing, service and sales offices.
Today DeAngelo Marine Exhaust occupies two buildings in order to fill the increasing demand for state-of-the-art marine exhaust systems, their products and services. The facilities consist of 30,000 square feet housing all of Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Sales.
Engineering: Deangelo has six (6) full time engineers working with various different programs. We can design a complete system based on an engine room layout or by measuring for the exhaust.
Parts & Service: The convenience of the Fort Lauderdale facilities, provide customers with the ease of obtaining over the counter items immediately.
World-wide Capabilities: DeAngelo is not limited to the United States. Our team have traveled all over the world to evaluate customer’s needs whether to troubleshoot a problem, measure for a new build, or installation of a new exhaust. We are a flight away to assist you.

Facilities:
Over 30,000 square feet of contiguous facilities for manufacturing & fabrication, design & engineering, parts & fulfilment logistics & sales & administration.
Primary Exhaust Metals:
Stainless steel alloys like 316L, 321 & AL6XN. The high nickel and molybdenum contents of the AL6XN alloy give it good resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking.
Skilled TIG Welding:
Aircraft quality welds are made by hand by our skilled & American Welding Society-certified fabricators, proficient in TIG welding and 316L & Inconel metals.
Tag Numbers:
All components tag numbered for traceability & product records.
Weld Protection:
Weld areas are protected & imporved upon by utilizing the inert gas, Argon. DeAngelo maintains a 1625-gallon Argon tank on site.
